These terms govern your use of Local Lagniappe (locallagniappe.com), operated by A Little Extra LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Listings are for information only
We work to keep happy hours, specials, hours, and event details accurate, but they change often and we can't guarantee them. Always confirm with the venue before you go. Prices, availability, and offers are set by each venue, and we are not responsible for a venue's decision to change or not honor them.
Inclusion on the site is not an endorsement of a venue, and we do not sell alcohol or any venue's products or services.
Drink responsibly
Alcohol is for adults of legal drinking age only. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Sponsored content
Some listings or placements may be sponsored by venues or advertisers. We label sponsored content clearly.
Venue submissions
If you submit information about a venue, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and publish it on Local Lagniappe and in our newsletter and social media. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.
Corrections
If you see something wrong, let us know at hello@locallagniappe.com or through the "Report an error" link on the listing. Venue owners can request corrections or removal the same way.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or scrape or copy substantial portions of our content for commercial use without permission.
Our content
The site's design, logos, text, and compilation of listings belong to us. Venue names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the venues.
Links to other sites
We link to venue websites and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Little Extra LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
